Claire Fenton

Hi! I’m a NASM certified personal trainer, RRCA certified running coach, certified TRX level 1 & 2 trainer, and a PN1 Nutrition coach. My passions are helping people get healthier by changing their habits one by one, women’s sports, my children, playing soccer, running, lifting heavy things, and hiking (though every year a new sport seems to get added!). I love being outside and being able to help people reach their potential with workouts and nutritional guidance. I believe so fully that there is something out there for everyone to love about movement, and it’s just a matter of finding it, and I want to help people do just that! I feels like I have the best job in the world, and let’s be honest, I’m probably right!

Ivonne DePauli

Ivonne has been teaching group fitness classes since 2006. Her interest in fitness and sports came from years of training and competing in gymnastics. The sport instilled a lifelong appreciation for being fit, strong, and healthy - which she enjoys helping others to achieve as well. She has taught Kickboxing, Zumba, Boot Camp, Strength & Conditioning, Silver Sneakers, Silver and Fit and Silver Plus classes. She likes to create classes and workouts that are not only functional and challenging but also incorporate elements of fun!

Ivonne holds a Personal Trainer Certification by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and also holds certifications in TRX Group Suspension, Zumba, Silver Sneakers, Silver and Fit and Boot Camp Gold.

Aeron Jarvis

As a trainer/instructor, Aeron is passionate about creating functional fitness workouts for members so they can feel strong and confident during daily activities, in addition to performing better in their favorite sports or outdoor recreation. She’s a big advocate for building strength/flexibility to balance out muscle groups and incorporating exercises to improve balance, coordination, and brain health.

Aeron has certifications in Personal Training (WITS), Group Fitness Instruction (AFAA), TRX training, SFG Kettlebell training, Yoga Fit 1 & 2, Yoga TuneUp training, Running Well, and Sports Nutrition.

She is also massively fun and keeps everyone inspired with her positive energy and her wonderful smile.
